The counselor in training (CIT) program offers members age 11-16 the opportunity to work hands-on with trained GLCBP staff and instructors, to learn the ins and outs of teaching sailing, and become familiar with boathouse operations. This is a great way to get involved for those members who are looking for volunteer experience, or potential employment at the boating program in future years.
